What is Relaxation Massage?
This style of massage generally uses a lighter pressure, however it is tailored to individual preferences. It looks at the whole body, whereas sports massage can sometimes only focus on a certain area or group of muscles.
As the name suggests, relaxation massage aims to relax the nervous system to ease tension and calm both the body and mind. As much as it is within my power, I will aim to perform this style of massage with dimmer lighting, a quieter environment, less talking and calming music, all with the aim of enhancing the relaxing atmosphere.
